I'm turning 25 next month and it's my turn to be in the phase of not wanting to celebrate. Oh well, c'est la vie! Derick came up for the weekend with DJ, filming a wedding. It's nice to have him home once in a while. And I liked getting to know DJ a little more. Alcohol helps in icebreakers. Another thing I love to do: Meeting new people. They all have a story. I could write a book on these stories of these interesting people I meet. Saturday was Doowutchyalike. An 80's Edition as in L80's Edition for Mama's Day.

And then on Mama's Day, we had breakfast with my mom. Together. Now how often does that ever happen? Never. This is the man that takes up most of my time. Happy Mother's Day to me too. I'm his second mom.
